As lead songwriter for The Vanderbilts Cath received national and regional airplay and many positive reviews. After taking some time out to focus on developing her craft (and learning from platinum-selling songwriters and producers including Elliot Kennedy, Mark Cawley, Dominic King, Charlie Dore and Martin Sutton) Cath is now releasing new material as a solo artist and building a library of music for sync opportunities (see below).

Her first single - Footsteps - was released last year and received strong support from BBC Radio Wales and several indie music blogs. Her second - How Much - will be released on January 14th 2022.

On both tracks Cath collaborated with Ben Matravers, a recent recipient of the PRS Foundation's 'hit maker' fund who worked with Easy Life on their No. 2 album Life's A Beach. He also co-wrote I Just Wanna Walk Home with Josie Proto, which was named 'Hottest Record in the World' by Annie Mac last year.

"It takes bands like The Vanderbilts from across the pond to get our attention and remind us of the golden days from the 60's. Their sound is hard to resist..."
